SERVING TEAMS

  • The Audio/Visual/Lighting team is a vital part of supporting services and events at The Hill. Working behind the scenes, the team helps create a smooth and effective experience through sound, visuals, lighting, live stream, and recording for both in-person and online engagement.

  • The Media Ministry exists to glorify God by using digital and visual media as tools for evangelism, discipleship, and community engagement. Through storytelling, creativity, and technology, we seek to Proclaim the Gospel, Strengthen the Church, and Welcome the Lost.

  • The hospitality ministry fosters fellowship, comfort, and care by sharing God's love in a warm, welcoming environment for visitors, guests, and members. Our ministry serves our church family as well as our neighbors in Wilmington in diverse ways, including refreshments and meals during Sunday fellowship time, hot chocolate and faith baggies during food box distributions, and much, much more, all for the glory of God.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. —Ephesians 2:10

  • Our meal ministry provides meals to church members and attenders in times of need. It supports the body by glorifying God through serving one another. A meal coordinator leads the ministry by making the congregation aware of needs that arise.

  • Our missions team discerns how and where we, as The Hill, can give our time and resources to further God's Kingdom. This includes supporting local organizations, as well as planning, organizing, or attending mission trips. Interested in getting involved? We'd love to have you! • The Prayer Team…

  • The worship team leads and shepherds the people of The Hill Church with regard to worship. The team desires and prioritizes worship through music to honor and praise God. They seek to lead by example, bringing people into the presence of the Lord and allowing opportunity for the Holy Spirit to work.
